Christy Lujan, 47 of Pecos, passed away on October 05, 2022 in Pecos

Christy was born in Alpine TX to Virginia Gonzales and Joe Trujillo on May 21, 1975. She went to school in Marfa and graduated from Marfa High School

She is preceded in death by her grandparents Marian Lujan and Reyes Lujan, uncle Jamie Lee Lujan, cousin; Eric Guzman and her great grandmother Maria Rivera

She is survived by her mother Virginia Gonzales, father Joe Trujillo of Kansas, her brothers Pablo Gonzales and Steven Gonzales both of Pensacola FL. John Mickelson of Pecos. Sisters; Kayla Eastburn, Lorraine Gonzales and Veronica Lujan all of Pecos. Nephews; Jasoa Garcia, Jayceon Mickelson and Kortez Clark all of Pecos. Nieces; Daelynn Gonzales, Erabella Montgomery and Alina Montgomery all of Pecos. Aunts and Unlces, Tony Lujan of Corpus Christi, Mariano Lujan of Pecos, Viola Paniaqua of San Antonio and Terry Guzman of Pecos. Her two favorite Cousins; Jacob Guzman and Rachel Whatley.

Pallbearers for Christie will be ; Steven Gonzales, Pablo Gonzales, John Mickelson, Martin Guzman, Jesse Guzman, Albert Guzman, Jacob Guzman and Larry Torres.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 9, 2022 from 1:00 P.M. – 9:00 P.M. at Peaceful Garden Funeral Home.

A Chapel service will take place on Monday, October 10, 2022 at Peaceful Garden Funeral Home with Pastor Albino Arenevias officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.

Arrangements are entrusted to Peaceful Garden Funeral Home of Pecos, Texas.
